We encourage riders to arrive 15 minutes before their lesson, this allows time to pay, to sort hats and boots and assist with getting a horse or pony ready for their lessons.
If you arrive late for your lesson, due to instructor/horse availability it may not be possible for your lesson to be delayed and it will still need to finish at the allotted time. Where possible riders will also be given the opportunity to help put their horses away after their lesson.
We have a large range of hats and boots that our riders can borrow if needed, we do not charge for hat or boot hire.
Due to an increase in last minute cancellations and non attendance to lessons with the resultant loss of revenue, clients are expected to give at least 12 hours notice of the cancellation of their lesson for whatever reason.
The following charges will apply in all instances.
- Cancellation more than 12 hours before lesson = No charge.
- Cancellation less than 12 hours before lesson = Half the lesson booking fee.
- No notice received/non attendance = Full lesson booking fee.
We hope that our clients understand the reasons behind this ruling and provide adequate notification of cancellations.
